ABOUT CAPTAIN SCOTT TIMKO

Cranberry Township resident and retired Air Force Captain Scott Timko, a military veteran, commercial pilot, and former local small business owner, has announced his candidacy for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 12th District. He is a true constitutional conservative and dedicated to keeping this seat representing Butler County instead of Allegheny County and Harrisburg special interests.

A 1983 graduate of Knoch High School, Timko went on to earn a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Miami University. Through Air Force ROTC, he earned a pilot slot and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force in 1988. He served 12 years on active duty, including as a T-37 Flight Instructor, C-141 Aircraft Commander, and Presidential Support Pilot. Timko is highly decorated for his military service during the Gulf War and other overseas operations and retired as a Captain. 

Since 2000, Timko has built a civilian aviation career as a pilot, instructor, and test pilot. He and his wife of 35 years, Donna Timko, have lived in Cranberry Township since 2000 and have raised three grown children who all attended Seneca Valley schools. They previously owned and operated Vocelli Pizza - Route 19 and J. Gumbo's Cajun Restaurant - Cranberry and remain strong advocates for small businesses.

A Tax and Inflation Fighter:

Captain Scott Timko knows that high taxes and wasteful government spending hurt families and kill jobs. High state gas taxes and school property taxes must be cut and reformed.

Tough on Crime and Illegal Immigrant Criminals

Scott Timko won't back down to criminals like the radical democrats and corporate Republicans do. He will fully support reversing the Biden Criminal alien invasion while fighting to protect our 2nd Amendment so we can protect our families.

Keep Our Tax Dollars Local

Scott will fight every day to keep our school and other taxes from being seized by big cities like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to bail out their corrupt and failed liberal governments.

Dedicate Our Schools to Basics:

Upgrading STEM classes and teaching Phonics will give our students the tools they need to compete. Scott will also promote technical and career schools to help everyone achieve the American Dream. Finally, Scott will stand up to keep radical leftist political agendas out of the classroom.
